Rural Southern New Mexico strategic plan for opioid response.

A consortium of experts from rural Southern New Mexico developed a strategic plan for opioid use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services in 16 counties – includes culturally responsive, bi-lingual recovery services and behavioral health billing models. Counties include Catron, Chaves, Cibola, De Baca, Eddy, Grant, Hidalgo, Lean, Lincoln, Luna, Otero, Roosevelt, Sierra, Socorro, Torrance, and Valencia.
