Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Training 

Stakeholder management is critical to the success of most projects, and helps leaders improve the quality, development and enhancement of key relationships. This training begins with definitions, and how to engage and maintain stakeholders and their involvement. It also shows how to build a management plan that defines and documents an approach and the actions required to increase support and minimize negative impacts. 

Cultural Competence/DEI Training

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)  training is meant to help make workplaces more diverse, equitable, and inclusive — especially for employees belonging to under-represented or historically marginalized communities. The program and associated activities are designed to raise employees’ awareness of inequality and bias, and influence their behavior towards each other. DEI training can  also be aimed at changing institutional policies and practices that perpetuate discrimination or exclusion. We can also help develop policies and practices for organizations committed to DEI.
