GME Program Specialist – Recruitment, Resources and Faculty Development

The New Mexico Primary Care Training Consortium is seeking to hire a GME Program Specialist with a focus on recruitment, resource and faculty development.

The GME Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting NMPCTC’s operational activities and national recruitment efforts, including supporting the logistics of all recruitment events, seeking out new and innovative recruitment opportunities (for residents, faculty and program staff), and attending conferences for exhibiting opportunities. This position must stay abreast of upcoming recruitment events, conferences, and residency program timelines; oversee the resource development needs of the organization; and participate in member and organization-wide sustainability strategies, including identifying, writing, reviewing, and overseeing the development of grants and contracts.
