Grant County Community Health Needs & Assets

This assessment has been created by CHI-PHI, New Mexico’s Public Health Institute. It is CHI-PHI’s mission to create a document with community-rooted research that includes data and information, surveys, key informant interviews, and focus groups. This process ensures that the plan is data-driven and community informed.
